Your First Visit
Our warm team members at the front desk will greet you as you come through the front door. We ask that you arrive a little early for your first appointment because we have some paperwork that you’ll need to fill out. When we’re ready for you, we’ll call you back and take some time to get to know you personally. We’ll ask you about your smile goals and your daily oral hygiene and answer any oral health care questions you may have. After a full oral exam, we’ll discuss our findings with you and come up with a treatment plan that will meet your unique needs.
New Patient Forms
For your first appointment with us, we need you to provide us with some important information, such as your medical and dental history, your insurance information, and more. You certainly can wait to complete your new patient forms until you come to our Frisco office. However, you can save a little bit of time by filling them out in advance.
